Clean up: caches, temporary files, Windows Update downloads, browser and app caches, developer package caches and build folders, sorted into Safe, Side effect and Ask first, each explained.
Memory, Startup and Programs: what's using memory, what starts with Windows, what's installed and what you never use, including known bloatware.
Cloud files: how much of your cloud storage is also on this PC, and which old files can go online-only.
Tune-ups and Health: weekly maintenance, Path repair, old drivers and unused .NET versions; a check-up of security, updates, drives and crashes.
Where is my space? The biggest folders and files on any drive, report only.
Safe mode on by default; Advanced mode with Pro. A list of every change, with Undo. Light, dark or follow Windows. Drives can be left out of cleaning.
