Refunds
If Prunable Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get the full price back.
How to ask
Use the contact form, choose "Refund request", and give the email address you bought with and your order number (it's on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). You don't have to tell us why, though it helps us make Prunable better.
We refund through Lemon Squeezy, who sold you Pro, to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to your license
The refunded key stops working. The next time Prunable checks it, Pro switches off and the app goes back to the free edition. Nothing you cleaned comes back, and nothing you set up is lost; the free edition keeps working.
